Reservation and Cancellation Policies

Check in from 2:00p.m. - 5:00p.m EST. 

Check out by 11:00a.m. 

Arrival after 5:00p.m., please call 423-321-0235 x2 to make check-in arrangements. 

We accept Cash, Travelers Checks, American Express, Visa, MasterCard & Discover. 

We are child-friendly; however, certain rooms and suites are better suited to families than others. Please call an Innkeeper to help choose the perfect accommodations for your family. 

We cannot allow pets on our premises, but we would be happy to recommend a nearby boarding facility for you. 

Indoor smoking and the burning of candles are strictly prohibited. 

Reservations: Payment in full of your first night's lodging is due at the time of booking.  

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days (168 hours) prior to 1:00pm EST on day of check-in for a refund or deposit (1 night’s stay + taxes) MINUS a $35.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days (168 hours) prior to 1:00pm EST on day of check-in will forfeit their deposit in full.

No show guests forfeit their deposit.

Any reservation made through a third party website or Online Travel Agency such as Expedia or Booking.com MUST BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED THROUGH THE SAME SITE.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us.  To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.  To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested. 

The Information We Collect

This notice applies to all information submitted on the Bluff View Inn website.  On some pages, you can submit personal information.  The types of personal information collected on these pages are: name, address, email address, phone number and other similar types of information. 

The Way We Use Information

We use the information you provide about yourself when requesting contact only to complete that contact request.  We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.  We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive and to contact you in the future with information regarding Bluff View Inn.  Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.  

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. 

Our Commitment to Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.  Furthermore, with regard to secure commerce transactions, our SSL software in accordance with industry standard encrypts all of your personal information including your name, address and credit card number so that it cannot be seen over the internet.
